This App is intended for use by schools, teachers, and approved staff members only. You must be an authorized school staff member to access and use the App.

2. Appropriate Use

• You agree to use the platform only for professional, school-related communication.
• You agree not to upload, share, or store any inappropriate, offensive, or confidential information not relevant to the App's intended purpose.
• You agree to protect login credentials and not share your access with unauthorized users.

3. Student Information

Any student information shared within the App must align with your school's privacy policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. No identifying or sensitive health, legal, or psychological information should be entered unless your school has explicitly approved this use.

4. Data Ownership and Rights

• Your school retains ownership over any praise, comments, and student-related data you enter.
• We will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request full deletion of your school's data at any time by contacting support.

5. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve over time. We are not liable for any temporary loss of access or data, although we take all precautions to protect your data integrity.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods, with notice where appropriate.
