Answer a few honest questions about what you're going through. It takes about three minutes.
We review your results
We look at your quiz responses and identify which approaches and practitioners are most likely to be a good fit.
You receive a personal match
We email you with one or two specific suggestions — practitioners whose approach, availability, and style match your situation.
Why personal matching?
Most therapy directories ask you to scroll through a list and pick someone based on a photo and a few keywords. We think that misses the point. The most important factor in whether therapy works is the fit between you and your therapist — and that’s hard to assess from a profile alone.
We’re building a directory that takes matching seriously. While that directory is being built, we’re doing what makes sense at this stage: reviewing your situation personally and suggesting practitioners we genuinely think could help you.
